Rachel Secker Counselling
Tunbridge Wells
Hello
I am an experienced, qualified, integrative counsellor trained in three therapeutic modalities, enabling me to tailor my practice to best suit your own individual needs and goals. I work by carefully listening to what is going on for you in the present, together considering new perspectives, rediscovering your inner strengths and resources and thinking about tools to help cope with the challenges you are facing. In addition, I believe we can learn so much from examining how the past effects your present. At your own pace, we gently explore past events which may be the source of patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings that don't serve you well in your life today.
I offer you a safe, supportive, confidential space to talk openly about your issues without fear of judgement. I am warm, compassionate, honest and understanding and I will see you as the unique individual you are.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their Ethical Framework which can be read in full here.
