I offer long, medium and short term individual counselling for all adults. During our initial assessment we will have the opportunity to discuss what brings you to counselling and what you would like to achieve from it.  I strongly believe that a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of effective counselling and so it is important that we feel we can work well together.  I therefore offer a 15 minute discovery telephone call and should we wish to proceed, we will arrange a suitable time for an initial assessment.

Face to Face sessions are held at The Practice Rooms, 96 The High Street, Tunbridge Wells TN1 1YF.  The rooms are ideally located close to Tunbridge Wells mainline station and there is plenty of parking nearby.
